The Serial Number is a unique identifier that is utilized to identify and distinguish devices. It is commonly used for product management, device maintenance, and warranty services.If you're searching for the Serial Number (SN) of your Plaud Note, there are several locations to check:

1. Inspect the box that the recorder arrived in. The SN is imprinted on a label.

2. Open the Plaud app and enter the device settings page. The SN is displayed on this page.

• In-person recording mode applies to many scenarios: meetings, voice memos, interviews, lectures, medical and so on. Phone call recording mode is used to record a phone call.

• The Plaud Note device needs to be attached to the back of your phone because the internal vibration conduction sensor needs to pick up sound directly from the phone's speaker itself.

Keeping the firmware up-to-date can help ensure the best and most current experience with the Plaud Note.Before updating, please ensure that the Plaud Note meets the following three conditions:

• Keep the Plaud Note charging (using a charger, not connected to a computer).
• Ensure the Plaud Note is not in recording mode.
• Connect your Plaud Note to the Plaud app first.

To update the firmware, please follow the steps below:

• Enter the Plaud App to access your Plaud Note.
• Enter your Plaud Note and tap on "Firmware Update." The system will automatically check your current version. "Up to Date" means your firmware is the latest version.

With the battery fully charged, the Plaud Note supports up to 30 hours of continuous recording.

• While connecting the Plaud Note to a power source using the original charging cable, press and hold the Record button for 15 seconds at the same time.

• When the indicator light is off, this indicates that your Plaud Note has been reset.
