When will your order ship?

We're committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Here's what you can expect once you've placed your order with us:

Orders are typically shipped out within 1–2 business days after placing your order.

Delivery Time (From Singapore to Southeast Asia):

We currently deliver to the following Southeast Asian countries:
Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Estimated delivery times:

  1. Thailand (Express): 4–5 business days
  2. Vietnam (Express): 4–5 business days
  3. Philippines (Express): 4–5 business days
  4. Cambodia (DHL): 4–5 business days
  5. Brunei (DHL): 4–5 business days
  6. Malaysia (Express): 5–7 business days
  7. Indonesia (Express): 5–7 business days
  8. Singapore (Small Parcel): 7–9 business days

We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays in delivery. In such cases, we will send you an email reminder. Please allow a few extra days, especially if there are customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

(Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.)

Shipping Restrictions

Countries or regions not listed above are currently not supported. Some areas may experience longer delivery times due to local regulations, customs policies, or carrier service limitations.

Important Notice – Vietnam Shipments (Effective August 1, 2025)

All shipments to Vietnam must include a Tax ID (TIN) or National/Citizen ID.

  • For businesses: Please provide the company TIN.
  • For individuals: Please provide full name and National ID/Citizen ID or passport number.

Orders without the required information may be delayed or rejected by customs.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and may be itemized on the Order Summary page. Please make sure you select the correct location to view accurate pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

We ship to international destinations on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis unless otherwise stated. This means that the prices displayed on our website do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

When your order arrives at customs, you are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required for the release of your shipment. These charges are determined and collected by your local customs authorities, not by Plaud, and unfortunately we’re unable to cover or pay these fees on your behalf.
